All orders are processed within business 7 days.

High volumes of orders may take delay processing and shipment.

weekends, thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas and Easter are not included as business days.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE:

Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer or for refunds issued by us on skins that due to user error were installed incorrectly or damaged. Only if we sent the wrong product and you decide you don't want a replacement we will refund the shipping fee, we will request the skin back or that you destroy the product and provide photographic proof that the product is not longer usable before we process the refund.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select UPS Priority or Express shipping service. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to UPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the UPS loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance. 

If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service of your choice between First class (example) $3.40 USD, Priority UPS $7.60 USD or Express UPS $40.00 USD. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS.

Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your order before it ships, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid if you decide to cancel it for any reason. Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order if the customer decides to cancel for any reason. The restocking fee is to cover these fees. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that's not the correct item and your order has not shipped, email us and we will make the changes to your order DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS.

Any and all vaporizer products should be returned through usps. we are not responsible for and lost or confiscated returns.

Tracking And conformation will be emailed to you upon shipment of product.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Sunshine Daydream and affiliates is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Customize the following: Sunshine Daydream is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
